Riesling persisted in the valley when the wine industry emerged from Prohibition. Although many wine neophytes initially think of Riesling as being a sweet wine, we food & wine adventures know better ... Dry, dry drier! We consider Riesling to be a true aristocratic grape that will rival Chardonnay as a food pairing wine any day!
