Become a member of PREMIER CRU, the exclusive wine club of hope & grace wines. As a member of PREMIER CRU, you will receive two shipments per year from our Yountville tasting room. Our wine club was created for your enjoyment with the opportunity to acquire our limited production wines. We want you to be delighted with each shipment, and encourage you to let us know how we are doing anytime.
You will receive an email 10 days prior to each club shipment with all the details. You will have 7 days to contact us and make any adjustments. If we do not hear from you we will assume you cannot wait to savor the new releases our winemaker Charles Hendricks has selected! Your credit card will automatically be billed one week before shipment departs.
Customize your Shipment - We understand that you may prefer some of our limited production wines more than others sometimes ... After you receive your first club shipment, you will have the option to customize your next shipment (the Customized shipment must be of equal or more value of current Club offering to receive the $1.00 shipping rate). We encourage you to try our entire portfolio, but it would be our pleasure to add a few more of your favorites to your next shipment or substitute some of your past ones. All changes must be made prior to billing and shipping your shipment.
Skip a Shipment - After you have received two shipments you have the option to skip a shipment entirely. Only one skipped shipment per two year. All changes must be made prior to billing and shipping of your shipment.
Cancellations - The PREMIER CRU wine club membership has no annual dues. All cancellations must be made in writing 14 days prior to the next shipment. All cancellations must be in writing and received via email, fax or USPS. Cancellations are only effective once you receive a response from our Wine Club Director at hope & grace wines. Club cancellations prior to receiving 4 shipments or within less than one year from sign up will be subject to additional fees and/or discount reversal. Remember once your credit card has been billed for a shipment, it cannot be refunded.
To ensure the integrity of your wine direct from our tasting room, PREMIER CRU wine club shipments will ship weather permitting. Most shipments will be shipped UPS ground and depart on a Monday. On occasion, heat states will ship FedEx or UPS 2-3 day air. The approximate charge per club shipment ranges from $550.00 to $650.00 plus any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will automatically be charged one week prior to departure or pick up of your shipment. We are pleased to offer a $1.00 ground shipping fee for our “PREMIER CRU Members” on each club shipment, re-orders, and 12 bottle orders.
It is important that you provide a daytime shipping address where an adult is present (preferably a business address), as wine deliveries by law, require an adult signature. PREMIER CRU members receive complimentary ground shipping on all re-orders from a club shipment of six or more bottles, all year long. Between scheduled shipments, we frequently provide special opportunities available only to PREMIER CRU members, including rare library wine offerings.
