2004 hope & grace Cabernet Sauvignon |
|
| The 2004 expresses the characteristics of a collectable vintage, such as 1999. Deep saturated color, dense ripe fruit on a richly textured body almost making this wine impervious to age, yet its silky tannins and glycerol body make this imminently enjoyable at anytime. This wine will continue to develop over the next 10 to 15 years. | |

| Deep black fruit aromas ooze from the glass like tar from a barrel. Earthy, toffee, sage and sweet Marjoram swirl around the imposing core of black fruit. Mouth filling texture covers the entire palate, side to side, top to bottom, virtually staining the entire interior of the mouth, leaving a satisfying lingering finish. | |
